The name of the Foundation “ZAEV – One Society for All” holds a multifaceted meaning. Among its many interpretations, it symbolizes an equally extended hand to persons with and without disabilities, because, in our society, we are all equal—or at least, we should strive to be.

Recently, our Foundation extended its support to the Association for Help and Support of Persons with Down Syndrome “Vera” in Strumica by providing financial assistance for their traditional event, “We Are Beautiful, Just as We Are.”

This year, the eighth edition of the event saw the participation of 26 children with disabilities from across the country, who walked the fashion runway in pairs, accompanied by well-known public figures. Additionally, over 120 children with typical development from kindergartens and elementary schools in Strumica performed during the event.

If our Foundation’s mission is to create “one society for all,” the Vera Association, through “We Are Beautiful, Just as We Are,” demonstrated once again that the runway can also reflect this vision—beautiful and inclusive for everyone.
