Support for the International Hackathon – “NASA Space Apps Challenge”

“Science is not only compatible with spirituality; it is also a profound source of spirituality. Science is like a candle in the dark.” This quote by Carl Sagan—an esteemed American astronomer, cosmologist, and author—underscores the immense significance of science for humanity.

The foundation “ZAEV – One Society for All” actively promotes scientific initiatives through its specialized program entitled “ZAEV-Hackathon.” This program is designed to inspire young, creative, and innovative individuals who possess a keen interest in science.

Our foundation provided financial support for the third edition of the “NASA Space Apps Challenge,” an international hackathon recently held in Strumica that attracted participants from various cities. Over the course of 48 hours, competitors tackled challenges related to space exploration, pollution, and global warming, leaving their mark with applications that are now accessible globally via a digital platform. As a result, Strumica has been recognized as one of the 200 locations on the world map for the NASA Space Apps Challenge.

The “ZAEV – One Society for All” Foundation is committed to continuing its support for scientific endeavors and encouraging youth participation in the field in the future.
