Our unwavering belief in the concept of “One Society for All”, which lies at the very heart of our Foundation’s name, continues to serve as our guiding star in the pursuit of equal opportunities, social justice, and respect for ethnic, religious, cultural, social, and other differences among people.

In addition to humanitarian assistance and numerous donations, sponsorships, and financial contributions to individuals, associations, and institutions across various sectors, the ZAEV – One Society for All Foundation also supports initiatives and projects aimed at identifying specific societal challenges and encouraging the exchange of ideas and perspectives that contribute to the advancement of democratic values in society.

One example of such financial support is the AINK (Albanian Input for National Cohesion) project, created and presented by Ramadan Ramadani, a well-known Macedonian writer and columnist of Albanian ethnicity.

The project is an initiative aimed at strengthening public discourse, reducing polarization, and promoting interethnic cohesion through innovative digital media formats.

Our Foundation supported the six-month implementation of the project, from April 1 to October 1, during which a total of 48 short-form videos (Reels) were published across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Eight videos were released each month, five in Macedonian and three in Albanian.

According to information provided by AINK, by the end of the six-month period, all 48 planned videos had been successfully produced and published, generating a total of 1,664,661 views. The relevance of the topics addressed also encouraged meaningful, informed, and well-reasoned public debate.

Considering the positive results of the project and the importance of the topics it addresses—including the rule of law, European integration, social processes, combating disinformation, and building interethnic trust and dialogue—the ZAEV – One Society for All Foundation has signed an agreement to extend its financial support for AINK throughout the final quarter of 2026.

We hope that the project will continue to deliver the desired positive impact and contribute to a more cohesive and inclusive society.
