The Foundation “ZAEV – One Society for All” to the United Nations Organization headed by its Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, as well as all the member countries of the UN, congratulates them the October 24 – the Day of the United Nations.

If the motherland – the Republic of North Macedonia is our home, the home of all citizens and peoples who live in it, then the United Nations is the common home of all 193 countries of the world that are its members. This home is also our home, this day is also our day because we are a member country, a country that next year will mark 30 years of its membership in the UN.

Today, when the world is beset by numerous dangers, the United Nations is faced with the challenge of finding appropriate solutions for each of those dangers. This means maximum contribution and consistent fulfillment of the basic goals of the UN: to maintain international peace and security, to develop friendly relations between nations based on the principle of respect, equal rights, and self-determination of peoples, to achieve international cooperation in solving international problems of economic, social, cultural or humanitarian character and to be a center for harmonizing national procedures for achieving common goals.

Citizens, peoples, and countries from all world meridians deserve a better world, a world of understanding, cooperation, and building bridges, a world with all the necessary conditions for a dignified life. Under the auspices of the United Nations, such a world must be our reality.
